En ce vendredi 26 mai 2023, ils \u00e9taient nombreux \u2013 500 au moins, peut-\u00eatre 600- \u00e0 avoir tenu \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents pour l\u2019hommage rendu \u00e0 Patrick Elvezi. Ils \u00e9taient venus de tout le Jura et de bien plus loin.
Pour entourer la famille de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident d\u2019ECLA (2017-2020), tous \u00e9taient l\u00e0 amis proches, anciens coll\u00e8gues de la Chambre d\u2019Agriculture dont il fut un pr\u00e9sident respect\u00e9, repr\u00e9sentants des services de l\u2019\u00c9tat, anciens \u00e9lus ou \u00e9lus actuels de la Ville de Lons-le-Saunier o\u00f9 il fit 3 mandats, de nombreux maires d\u2019hier et d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui c\u00f4toy\u00e9s au hasard de ses engagements politiques \u00e0 ECLA Lors Agglom\u00e9ration ou au Pays L\u00e9donien dont il fut \u00e9galement un pr\u00e9sident respect\u00e9 et estim\u00e9 durant 12 ans. Tr\u00e8s repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e9galement de nombreux agents des services de la Ville, d\u2019ECLA et du Pays, tous touch\u00e9s et tr\u00e8s \u00e9mus.
Plusieurs prises de paroles \u00e9mouvantes ont accompagn\u00e9 cet adieu. Parmi celles-ci, celle de Jacques P\u00e9lissard, ancien maire et ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration qui a retrac\u00e9 le riche parcours de Patrick Elvezi au sein de ces deux collectivit\u00e9s. A la Ville, il fut en charge de l\u2019animation et la communication. Il s\u2019investit ensuite dans les question de l\u2019habitat \u2018OPAH-RU, puis d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire lors des Ateliers Nationaux du Territoire. Auparavant il avait montr\u00e9 ses capacit\u00e9 de f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur \u00e0 la t\u00eate de Jurapromotion association qui, sous sa pr\u00e9sidence, avait relanc\u00e9 la foire du Jura.<\/p>\n

Au Pays L\u00e9donien, o\u00f9 il fut pr\u00e9sident pendant 12 ans durant lesquels, avec d\u2019autres, il fut un ardent promoteur du Sch\u00e9ma de Coh\u00e9rence Territoriale (SCoT) etd e ses enjeux aupr\u00e8s de ses coll\u00e8gues \u00e9lus du territoire.<\/p>\n

Cette vision communautaire, il en fit ensuite profiter ECLA dont il pris la pr\u00e9sidence de 2017 \u00e0 2020. Il y mena de nombreux dossiers importants de l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration due \u00e0 la fusion avec Val de Sorne \u00e0 l\u2019accroissement des comp\u00e9tences communautaires (petite enfance et eau potable notamment). Son sens du dialogue, de \u2018\u00e9quit\u00e9 et son attention bienveillante firent l\u00e0 encore l\u2019unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le Maire de Lons-le-Saunier, Jean-Yves Ravier a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois l\u2019homme public qui savait \u00ab argumenter avec finesse, manier l\u2019humour avec habilet\u00e9, dans le respect des id\u00e9es des autres \u00bb mais aussi l\u2019homme attachant qu\u2019\u00e9tait Patrick Elvezi dans le priv\u00e9 et dont il \u00e9tait proche.<\/p>\n

Pour terminer, le Maire a souhait\u00e9 citer Martin Gray : \u00ab \u00catre fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ceux qui sont morts, ce n\u2019est pas s\u2019enfermer dans la douleur. Il faut continuer de creuse son sillon droit et profond. Comme ils l\u2019auraient fait eux-m\u00eames. Comme on l\u2019aurait fait avec eux, pour eux \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 Maryvonne, son \u00e9pouse, \u00e0 ses enfants Brice et Deborah, \u00e0 ses petits-enfants, toute sa famille et ses proches, la Ville de Lors le Saunier, ECLA Lons Agglom\u00e9ration auxquelles s\u2019associe le Pays L\u00e9donien, renouvellent leurs plus sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n
